Deer Meadows is a community in Lincoln County, Washington. The community is rural and a large portion is part time residents and recreational campers.

Geography Edit

Access by road is through the Miles Creston Road North. The community sits on the eastern shore of the Columbia River. To the north is Fort Spokane, while to the east is Lincoln County. West is the Columbia River and south is Seven Bays and Hawk Creek.

Lincoln County Fire District 5 has a station in Deer Meadows. Policing is provided by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.

The closest general store is 2.5 miles away in Fort Spokane/Miles.

There is a boat launch and marina about a few miles south in Seven Bays.

The Deer Meadows Golf Course opened in 1995 and is a 18 hole public course.

The community has a church.
