Barney's Junction is a census-designated place (CDP) in Ferry County, Washington, United States.
In 2010, it had a population of 146. The area is mostly residential with a few businesses at the main junction. The community is on the western shore of the Columbia River. The town is west of Kettle Falls, south of Boyds, east of Republic, and north of Inchelium.
