Grassmere is a unincorporated community connected to Concrete in Skagit County, Washington.
While the community is closely intertwined with Concrete, Grassmere has the main grocery store between the two communities. There are a few businesses in Grassmere along the North Cascades Highway as well as residential areas around the main road.

Grassmere is west of Concrete, but the two communities are pretty much connected. Concrete and Rockport are east. Rural Skagit County and the Cascade Range surrounds the town to the north, east, and south. Mount Baker is also north of the town. The Skagit River runs south of town. Birdsview, Hamilton, and Lyman are west of Grassmere.
