Pacific Beach
is a community in Grays Harbor County, Washington. It is part of the Moclips CDP. It is located along the shores of the Pacific Ocean, south of Moclips  and north of Seabrook and Copalis Beach.  The community is home to Pacific Beach State Park. The population was 215 as of 2010.

CommunityEdit

The area is popular among vactioners for the numerous beaches and outdoor activities.  Business is geared towards tourists with a heavy emphasis on beach life.  There are many motels, hotels, lodges, and campgrounds throughout the town and surrounding areas.  There are many  events held each year in Pacific Beach.  The biggest events are the Kelp's Festival, Shake Rat Rendezvous, Wind Kite Festival, and the S'more and Sandcastle Contest.

The climate is mild during summer when temperatures tend to be in the 60's and cold during winter when temperatures tend to be in the 40's.

The warmest month of the year is August with an average maximum temperature of 71.70 degrees Fahrenheit, while the coldest month of the year is December with an average minimum temperature of 33.40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Temperature variations between night and day tend to be moderate during summer with a difference that can reach 23 degrees Fahrenheit, and fairly limited during winter with an average difference of 14 degrees Fahrenheit.

The annual average precipitation is 99.99 Inches. Winter months tend to be wetter than summer months. The wettest month of the year is December with an average rainfall of 17.94 Inches.

Demographics Edit

As of 2010, the average household income in Pacific Beach was $41,315, well below the state average. Whites make up 80% of the population, Native American's make up 7.6% and everyone else makes up the rest of the population.
